Once an order has been placed a pro forma invoice will be sent by email providing details of the final design of the cushion or fabric. Customers can check the details carefully. Payment and postage details will be displayed. Payment should be made by cheque or BACS.
Despatch is normally within two working days of payment if the item is in stock. We aim to deliver bespoke items within 21days of confirmation of the design but we aim to get your goods to you as soon as we possibly can.
Your goods will be sent by Royal Mail delivery or UK Mail courier (signature required), to all UK mainland addresses. If you would like us to send your package by Guaranteed Next Day delivery or to anywhere other than mainland UK, then delivery will be charged at cost. Please note that for international orders outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for paying customs duty and taxes prevailing in their own country, not Bluecuckoo.
We are happy to refund or exchange your purchase if it is returned to us within 14 days of purchase. The goods must be returned, unused in their original packaging. Please retain a certificate of posting so that you are insured against loss or damage, should your purchase not make it back to us.
The postage of exchanged items will be charged at cost.
